Clients are expected to maintain a minimum of USD 300,000 (or equivalent) in investments and/or cash with Deltec. Minimum fees apply for all accounts (exceptions could apply for clients with more than one account)

Please provide us with the following documents
- Apostilled Certificate of Collation or set of corporate documents
- Apostilled Certificate of Incumbency (not older than 3 months)
- Apostilled Certificate of Good Standing (not older than 3 months)
- Notarized copies of UBO and Director’s passports (not older than 3 months)
- Proof of address of UBO and Director/s, e.g. utility bill etc. (not older than 3 months)
- Bank reference (of each Director)
- CV (of each Shareholder and Director)
N.B.

If documents are not in English language, then they must be accompanied by a notarized translation.

If Directors and/or Shareholders are legal persons, the full set of apostilled company documents must be submitted.

Any shortcomings in application forms may cause delay affect the bank account opening time.
